There is so little provision for art + true creativity during the school term + in our busy lives. So let your kids / young people do the messy stuff away from home and we’ll do the cleaning up (and get them to help too)!
We can also provide support leading up to GCSE / gentle play around career choices for older children and an ongoing relationship to help your child discover / recover creative expression and confidence.
I have many year’s experience + education in art + creative expression + holistic learning + will have assistants + specialist guest teachers (eg. cartooning, illustration, clay). If you are considering it + have something on a Wednesday, feel free to come for 1-2 taster sessions (no obligation) before making a decision.
We will be bringing together a lovely group of 7-9 + 10-12 year olds and the more we can all forward this invitation on, the more likely friends (and liftshares!) will come together.
These photos from last Creative Retreat for Adults (https://egghouseart.com/creative-workshops-retreats/ new dates coming soon). New photos of children’s sessions (with parental permission) coming in Autumn.
If you are interested in being on our email list for children’s / adult’s / family creative holiday events and other classes, just drop me a line to stay informed. We are keen to promote this new opportunity within our local community, so please forward on and help spread the word.
Wonderful experiences to be had + art/craft work to bring home. We will even be making gift cards + tags in time for Christmas… and other gifts too.
And if you are looking for drama, dance (many types) or musical theatre for adults or children, do check out what Drama Queens are offering at the same venue. They are fab! Our Bea’s been going to Sally’s drama classes for years and is really developing.
Any questions, please call 07968 687 107.
Here what dear Sir Ken Robinson has to say…
“Creativity is as important as literacy”
“Our task is to educate their (our students) whole being so they can face the future. We may not see the future, but they will and our job is to help them make something of it.”
“Imagination is the source of every form of human achievement. And it’s the one thing that I believe we are systematically jeopardizing in the way we educate our children and ourselves.”
